Sara Tyler, LMT

Massage Therapist

I graduated at the top of my class from Everest institute in Tigard Oregon in 2017. Since I graduated I haven’t stopped learning and empowering myself to stay educated and take as many classes as I can. I take courses that I enjoy and feel will be beneficial to my wonderful clients. I have completed courses in Neuromuscular therapy for the head and neck, women’s pelvic, abdominals and hips, Reiki 1&2. I am also trained in Gua Sha and cupping. I look forward to adding more classes and techniques to my tool belt as time goes on. I’m very passionate about working with people who suffer headaches and migraines, as I know the pain all too well, and if my work can help others get relief I am happy to do so. I am passionate about my career and truly care about each of my clients and strive to provide them with a clean, relaxing and caring environment.

I started Embrace Kindness Bodywork in 2020 and will be opening the doors at our new location in February 2021. I am beyond excited for this amazing adventure. My wonderful husband, Scott, helped me choose the name of my business; Embrace Kindness. Embracing kindness is something we strive to live by in our daily lives. We strive to raise our 5 kids with the same passion, to love and respect all no matter what. I felt this was the best name for my company to show my compassion for others and want to help others through my work as an LMT.

I am a mother, wife, and full time working mom. My family is very important to me and I love watching our children grow into independent, caring, compassionate young adults. When I am not busy with work and life we enjoy hiking, skiing, and camping. Just about anything fun, active, and outside you can count us

in. I was born and raised here in Oregon, graduated from West Albany High School, and I am so excited to bring my business to my hometown.
