Sara Tyler
Owner, Massage Therapist
I graduated at the top of my class from Everest Institute in Tigard, Oregon, in 2017. Since then, I haven’t stopped learning and empowering myself to stay educated. I take various courses that I enjoy and believe will benefit my wonderful clients. I have completed training in Neuromuscular Therapy for the head and neck, women’s pelvic health, abdominals, and hips, as well as Reiki levels 1 and 2. Additionally, I am trained in Gua Sha and cupping techniques. I look forward to expanding my knowledge and skills as time goes on.
I am especially passionate about working with people who suffer from headaches and migraines, as I understand the pain all too well. If my work can help others find relief, I am more than happy to assist. I genuinely care about each of my clients and strive to provide them with a clean, relaxing, and nurturing environment.
In 2020, I started Embrace Kindness Bodywork, and I'm beyond excited for this amazing adventure. My wonderful husband, Scott, helped me choose the name of my business: Embrace Kindness. Embracing kindness is a principle we strive to uphold in our daily lives, and we are committed to raising our five children with the same values of love and respect for everyone, regardless of their background. I chose this name to reflect my compassion for others and my desire to help through my work as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT).
As a mother, wife, and full-time working mom, my family is incredibly important to me. I love watching our children grow into independent, caring, and compassionate young adults. When I’m not busy with work and family life, we enjoy hiking, skiing, and camping—just about anything fun, active, and outdoors! I was born and raised in Oregon, graduated from West Albany High School, and I am thrilled to bring my business to my hometown.

Chelsea Hansson
Licensed Massage Therapist
I graduated from Oregon School of Massage in 2022 and then completed a year-long Rehabilitative Massage apprenticeship in 2023. My background also includes earning a Bachelors Degree in Exercise and Sport Science from Oregon State University. My specialties include Swedish and Therapeutic massage and I’ve completed courses in neuromuscular therapy, cupping, Gua Sha, and Reiki I. I’m committed to continuing my education and can’t wait to add more techniques to the list. I have always had a deep interest in the human body and I am passionate about gaining applicable knowledge in order to help others lead more vibrant and capable lives. I believe in leading with kindness and aim to give my clients a judgment-free and caring environment.
In my free time, I enjoy hiking and kayaking, drawing, reading fantasy novels, and baking (and eating) sourdough cinnamon rolls. My husband and I share our home with three wonderful fur-babies, Kimbo, Anubis, and Styx.

My passion for learning drives my commitment to providing a supportive and informed environment for healing, and I am currently pursuing certification in craniosacral therapy to enhance my practice.
